SCIENCE AWARENESS AND PROMOTION
The SAIS List was formed in hopes of creating a forum for
exchanging innovative ideas about making science more appealing
to students. Science has brought to humankind better health, improved
communication, better transportation and other
advancements that raise the standard of living. It is imperative that
students see the potentialities of science, whether harmful or
beneficial, in order to judge how best to use science in their own
lives and in the best interests of society.
MICHIGAN SCIENCE TEACHER ASSOCIATION
We are using this forum to discuss lessons, techniques,
equipment, software, and science skills used throughout the K-12
community. We hope this will prompt discussions and spin-off class to
class projects or other science related activities.
